Senior Manager Marketing Operations
Up to £85,000 + Bonus | Midlands-Based Tech Company | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | Permanent
This is a rare opportunity to lead the marketing operations function for one of the UK’s most established and fastest-growing tech companies.
Operating across multiple sectors with a portfolio of products, this Midlands-based business is looking for a senior operations leader to bring clarity, structure, and performance to a complex and fast-moving marketing landscape.
You’ll lead a small team and take ownership of the marketing tech stack, data governance, reporting, and cross-functional enablement. The role is about operational rigour, not campaign creation. It’s about giving a high-performing marketing team the tools, processes, and guardrails to scale with quality and consistency.
- Own and optimise the go-to-market tech stack (Marketo, Gong, TechTarget, Qualified).
- Design and enforce processes for data, lead routing, campaign delivery, and GDPR compliance.
- Act as the marketing data champion across Sales, Product, and GTM functions.
- Develop and track KPIs to assess marketing ROI and enable continuous improvement.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment with competing priorities.
- Lead and mentor a centralised operations team (3+ direct reports).
- Senior experience in Marketing Operations within a SaaS or tech-led business.
- Proven success working in a matrix/shared-service environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing platforms, data, and process optimisation.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, structured, and operationally minded.
- Salary up to £85,000 DOE.
- Bonus potential (8–15%) based on individual and company performance.
- Hybrid working: approx. 2 days per week in the Midlands office.
- Permanent role with long-term progression.
