Construction Director Role:
We seek an experienced construction expert to join as Construction Director, responsible for project outcomes from Pre-FEED to Commissioning for EPC/EPCM contracts, supporting growth in the energy market. The role involves 12 months in Brentford followed by site work in North Wales.
Responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing safety and wellbeing.
- Managing large, complex projects including engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Supporting contract management and ensuring client and subcontractor relations are maintained.
- Implementing HSE policies, best practices, and advanced work packaging.
- Monitoring project performance against budgets, schedules, and safety standards.
- Reporting progress and costs, managing scope changes, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Participating in team selection, stakeholder engagement, and promoting innovation.
Qualifications include:
- Leadership experience in energy or construction sectors.
- Effective communication skills and a methodical work ethic.
