C&C Search is currently seeking an experiencedPersonal Assistant to support a fast-paced and dynamic HR/People team with a particular focus on recruitment scheduling . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys being the organisational backbone of a busy team.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (3 month FTC)
Hybrid set up: 3/2

Key responsibilities for thisposition:

Manage all aspects of interview scheduling with internal and external stakeholders

Liaise with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to ensure seamless coordination

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, schedules and communications

Support onboarding activities and candidate experience initiatives where needed

Provide general EA support to the broader People/HR leadership team

Assist with internal team meetings, documentation, and logistics
What background and experience are the company looking for?

Previous experience supporting HR or People teams in an Executive Assistant or Coordination role

Strong background in interview scheduling and recruitment operations

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve on the go

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple changing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools such as Outlook, Zoom, and ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
