Job Description:

As a Parts Direct Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Direct Sales Advisors who are in customer facing roles. Ensuring we all deliver the very best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries and liaising with the Parts Sales Advisors

  • Checking all backorder parts are flowing correctly through the system and chased up accordingly, using the correct process.

  • Support with basic email queries.

  • Liaising between Finning and couriers, tracking deliveries.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent PC skills coupled with the ability to learn new systems

  • Knowledge and appreciation of the sales process (desirable)
