Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Logistics Operations to lead logistics and operational activities at our Newbury site. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all logistics functions. You will manage a mid-sized team and play a pivotal role in optimizing warehouse performance and driving process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse and kitting operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer service standards.
- Drive compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including ISO, SOX, and trade compliance.
- Optimize warehouse processes and implement cost-effective logistics strategies for improved performance.
- Build, develop, and engage a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to enhance service delivery.
Required Experience:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a multinational organization.
- People management experience with a proven track record in team development and engagement.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and warehouse capacity planning.
