Talent Acquisition Manager @ ITG & Storyteq | transforming the way global brands do marketing through our innovative SaaS & end-to-end services.As Account Manager at ITG, you will take on the crucial responsibility of providing an outstanding service to one of ITG\’s largest and most exciting clients.

You\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. In this dynamic position, you\’ll build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within agreed SLAs. You\’ll take ownership of BAU tasks, manage end‐to‐end print enquiries, and lead on accurate reporting and data‐driven insights that shape campaign success.

With a focus on training and team development, you\’ll help us stay agile through peaks and troughs, while championing best practice and driving continuous improvement. Strategic Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to ensure ITG delivers the best service.

Ensure professional adherence of all internal processes and best practice to produce projects impeccably, right first time, and on‐time.

Respond to all client requirements within designated SLA frameworks.

Accurately maintain account activity status reports to formulate meaningful monthly packs for presentation to the client and ITG.

Operational Responsibilities

Proactively manage all BAU related tasks, keeping information accurate and timely communicated with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage end‐to‐end print enquiries including pulling reports from MC/RFQ/Quote and supplier management.

Train and develop team capabilities to handle peaks and troughs of workload and manage absence and holidays.

Ensure source data is updated in a timely manner to capture its usage.

Provide the AD and Senior AM with weekly/monthly or ad hoc reporting and lead in formatting/presenting data for Costa.

Support CSC tickets for print and digital, and IMB screen configuration requests.

Use data and reporting to drive our campaigns, store segmentation, and other client initiatives.

Deliver amazing client services and build relationships as part of your DNA.

Qualifications

Understanding of hospitality POS and menu landscape.

Service‐minded approach with proven customer management skills.

Experience working with a platform tool.

Experience in creative/art/print processes or digital content in a retail environment (advantageous).

Second‐to‐none project management & organisational skills, operating in an environment of ever‐changing priorities.

Good problem‐solving skills, especially under pressure.

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Experience of POS and digital content management within a retail/FMCG/hospitality business.

Highly numerate and commercially aware.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel.
