Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for multiple Cost Engineers/Cost Managers on a permanent basis to be based in West Cumbria or Manchester.
We are seeking Cost Engineers and/or Cost Managers interested in working on cutting-edge, multidisciplinary decommissioning projects. Join a company that delivers complex engineering design solutions globally.
Our client is a leading engineering design firm with offices in West Cumbria and Manchester, renowned for delivering innovative, high-quality services in the Decommissioning and Nuclear sectors. With an expanding portfolio of frameworks and major projects, they are looking for experienced and driven professionals to join their growing teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in cost engineering or cost management, ideally within the nuclear, infrastructure, or decommissioning sectors
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency with cost tools such as Primavera, CostX, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, quantity surveying, or a related field
- Active SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance
