Your Responsibilities

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across all phases of development and construction

Lead trade onboarding, contract negotiation, and procurement of materials and services

Manage building permits, servicing agreements, bylaws, and disclosure documentation
-
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track safety, forecast costs, and identify project risks
-
Ensure smooth handover to property management with full documentation, warranties, and manuals
-
Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture across all active job sites
What You Bring
-
3+ years of experience managing multi-family wood-frame residential projects
-
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
-
Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code, Warranty Legislation, and Condominium Property Act
-
Experience using ERP systems (HomeFront or similar) and scheduling tools (BuildPro or similar)
-
PMP certification is an asset

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
