Group Finance Director

Job Description

Own the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Partner with the CEO and PE investors to deliver strategic financial insight and value creation.

Lead financial planning and analysis to support growth initiatives and M&A activity.

Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance across the business

Manage relationships with external adviser\’s, auditors, and banks

Build and develop a fit-for-purpose finance team as the business scales

Support commercial decision-making through data-driven analysis and scenario modelling

Oversee tax, treasury, and statutory reporting requirements
