The Opportunity

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Commercial Analysis & Insights : Lead detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions and drive profitability
• Business Partnering : Work closely with operational teams to provide commercial guidance and challenge assumptions
• Management Reporting : Produce comprehensive monthly management accounts and Board reporting packs
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Take ownership of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement finance process enhancements to support business growth
• Strategic Projects : Support ad-hoc commercial projects and business case development

Who We\’re Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with relevant experience
• E xperience in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst role
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• A genuine desire to develop commercially and take on broader responsibilities
• Ambitious professional seeking mentorship and career progression
