Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data, music, and metadata? Join a global leader in the music and digital distribution space as a Music Metadata Transition Coordinator , where you’ll help onboard and offboard music catalogues, ensuring metadata integrity and seamless digital delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Catalogue Transition team, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end process of transitioning music catalogues — from ingesting and reviewing metadata and assets to delivering final packages to digital and physical partners. You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that accurate, high-quality content reaches the market.
- Support onboarding of catalogues by capturing, reviewing, and cleaning metadata and assets
- Analyse and manipulate large datasets using Excel
- Investigate missing data and liaise with stakeholders to resolve gaps
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Act as a metadata subject matter expert for transition projects
- Manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines
