What You\’ll Do
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Global Manager, Media Partnerships to support the development and execution of our partnerships with leading media organizations, digital platforms, and content distributors. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting the identification of key organisations to partner with collaboration to position BCG as a thought leader and go-to authority across key industry audiences.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Strategic Media Partnership Selection: Take a data driven approach to research and evaluate potential partners. Contribute to formal RFP processes to select strategic partnerships with top-tier media outlets, industry publishers and event organisers.
- Project and Performance Management: Track and report campaign and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future planning. Manage internal reporting tracking documents as well as budgets and vendor contracts related to media collaborations.
- Media Monitoring and Opportunity Identification: Monitor media trends, competitor activities and emerging platforms. Assist in identifying speaking or editorial opportunities for senior leaders and experts.
- Management of media membership: Oversee strategic memberships with influential media lead memberships to ensure BCG derives maximum value
- from these affiliations through thoughtful engagement planning including securing speaking opportunities, facilitating leadership participation and aligning involvement with broader BCG campaigns.
What You\’ll Bring
- Technical & Functional Expertise: 6+ years of experience in media partnerships or publishing, preferably in a B2B or with professional services clients.
- Solid understanding of the B2B Media Landscape: Digital, traditional and events.
- Strong research and organisational skills: With the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Agility & Change Management: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
