Ricoh is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner (Group IT) who will be the Business Partner to Group IT senior management, providing key support to the decision-making process. The role encompasses management and financial accounting, and as a member of the finance team, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis, forecast assessment, and commentary.
  • Designing and producing high-quality outputs for stakeholders.
  • Analyzing business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracking corrective actions and ensuring timely remediation of deviations.
  • Participating in monthly meetings with senior management to discuss results and plans.
  • Supporting budgeting and long-term planning processes.
  • Developing and enhancing reporting systems and tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with local GAAP & IFRS accounting policies and assisting with audits and SOX testing.

You will ideally have

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • An accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or similar).
  • Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools; familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior management.
  • Confidence and professionalism to liaise with senior management and provide valuable insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
  • Experience in developing reporting information systems and understanding of the IT sector is beneficial.
  • Multi-country experience and the ability to work across diverse cultures.
  • High positive behavioral indicators aligned with Ricoh Way principles.
