The role:
We are seekingexperienced EO Caseworkers to support a government campaign on a long-term contract. This is a key role supporting the effective delivery of casework activities, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
This hybrid role is based inWhitehall, London , with an initial induction period of 7–10 days onsite, followed by hybrid working (1–3 days in the office per week, subject to business needs).
Key Responsibilities:
As an EO Caseworker, you will:
- Make sound decisions in line with standard operating instructions and procedures, seeking guidance where needed to ensure accuracy.
- Handle sensitive and personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2015, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Respond to applicant queries promptly and professionally, showing empathy and arranging translation or interpretation support where required.
- Review and analyse case documentation , requesting additional information from stakeholders when necessary to support accurate decision-making.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders to support DARR objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of case notes, correspondence, and supporting documents for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Ensure casework data is complete and up to date to support reporting, workflow monitoring, and resource planning.
- Adhere to governance and compliance protocols to ensure consistent, transparent, and accountable case management.

- ActiveGovernment Clearance(no restrictions) andSole UK National.
- Strong IT skills, including:
- Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Spreadsheets)
- Previouscasework and administrative experience , ideally in a public sector environment such as the Home Office, DWP, or HMRC.
- Excellent attention to detail and professional curiosity.
