Red Sky Personnel is working with a leading provider of ground support equipment leasing and services within the aviation sector. As the company continues its transformation and growth, we\’re seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a key link between the finance, commercial, and operational teams.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with advanced Power BI skills and a drive to improve financial visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting with a commercial focus.
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver insightful financial and operational data.
- Work closely with commercial teams to analyse deals, optimise pricing, and develop financial models.
- Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and help reshape finance workflows in line with new business structures.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring, tax compliance, and audit preparation during the transition period.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across leasing operations and document process improvements.
- Support wider finance functions as needed and provide cover for the Finance Manager when required.
Candidate Profile
- Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA). Final-stage candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a commercial finance role.
- Strong Power BI capability, including full dashboard creation, data modelling, and DAX knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is desirable.
- Background in leasing, equipment finance, or capital-intensive sectors is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
