This is a critical opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead innovation at the core of a consumer brand\’s On Trade customer experience. You’ll define the vision and translate both user and business needs into a product roadmap, collaborating with agile teams to deliver real impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise the digital product backlog
- Translate user needs into clear requirements and stories
- Guide the product lifecycle from research to delivery and optimisation
- Drive agile sprints and lead stakeholder engagement
- Use research and data to shape product strategy
- Support business adoption through effective communication and change management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
What we\’re looking for:
- Agile/Scrum experience, preferably as a Product Owner
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
- End-to-end product delivery experience
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
- Analytical and data-informed decision-making ability
- Collaborative, curious, and adaptive mindset
