Our client, a well-established independent consultancy in East Anglia, is seeking an experienced Senior Farm Business Consultant to join their growing team. Position Overview

The Senior Farm Business Consultant will be responsible for leading the Farm Business team, delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients, and contributing to the overall success of the consultancy. This role requires a deep understanding of farm business management and the ability to provide tailored advice to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Farm Business team
• Provide expert farm business management advice to clients
• Develop and deliver budgeting and contract farming advice
• Advise on subsidy and grant schemes and environmental matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in Farm Business Consultancy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Deep knowledge of farm business management practices
