Full time Band 6 Occupational Therapists to work within the Winter Pressures ward at West Heath Hospital. Must have experience of Discharge to Assess process. List of Duties: Assessment and treatment/discharge planning for patients admitted to older adult in-patients’ sub-acute wards. Potential for being peripatetic across MHH, WHH, PTC and AMH.
