Job Title: SEN Teacher – Full-Time Position Location: Stratford Salary: £34,513 – £51,242 per annum Start Date: January About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialised SEN provision starting in January. This role involves working with a small class of six students with a range of profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning disabilities, sensory impairments, and medical conditions. These students also present with challenging behavior and require a highly supportive and structured learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student Employ strategies to support students with sensory impairments and severe learning difficulties Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors effectively, fostering a safe and nurturing classroom environment Work closely with support staff and specialists to provide individualized educational support Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods to help each child achieve their potential About You The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to SEND education and an understanding of complex communication needs.
