Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Nightshift Operations Executive to join their logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong AOG/NFO and express logistics knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service and customs compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to express clients during night operations.
- Manage the shared operational inbox and ensure timely responses to all enquiries.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales invoicing and job costing.
- Process import/export documentation and submit customs entry declarations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, services, and internal processes.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Document client-specific business processes and requirements.
- Conduct self-audits to ensure compliance with HMRC export/import regulations.
- Monitor and manage inbox activity to ensure prompt and accurate communication.
Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
