Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and process weekly and bi-monthly payroll through Paylocity
  • Lead benefits administration including enrollment, leave management, and COBRA
  • Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, from job posting to background checks
  • Manage employee records, promotions, terminations, and transfers
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Communicate benefits updates and HR policy changes across teams
  • Generate and present weekly HR reports to senior leadership

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Experience working across both frontline and corporate employee groups
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems
  • HR degree required or a proven HR management background
  • Experience managing one or more direct reports
