JustOT are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Social Care team in Slough.
Hourly rate :£38 per hour
Location: Slough
Hours & Days to be Worked: Full Time

Job Description:
Supporting with Trusted Assessments where required and using clinical expertise to screen and process hospital discharges for the Discharge to Assess pathway.
