You’ll provide a friendly and efficient front-line service for staff, students, and visitors, while also supporting internal communications, event coordination, and general administrative processes.
Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll contribute to a wide range of activities, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records, supporting the organisation of Faculty events, and carrying out basic finance administration
You’ll also help ensure the smooth running of the Faculty’s buildings by supporting facilities-related tasks — for example, liaising with Estates, managing post and supplies, and helping to report and follow up on maintenance issues.
You’ll be based in one of our Faculty buildings (Arts C, Essex House, or Freeman) and will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Faculty and wider University to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
About you
You’ll be an organised and adaptable team player, confident managing a varied workload and providing professional support in a busy environment.
