Their promotion offers increases in base salaries, additional benefits, and enhanced commission rates. Working Hours: Remote working / Home based Monday to Friday (Flexibility to daily working hours as required by workloads) Saturdays and evening work are required The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered: £25,000 – £35,000 basic  Upto £50,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months – dependent on written business OTE £55,000 – £100,000+ Annual salary review  NO cold calling or self-generation Unlimited leads – you will be provided with 5 pre-qualified appointments each week which already have an AIP in place.
