We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic IT Business Analyst – MES SME to support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across our end-to-end supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
- Create as-is and to-be process maps using industry-standard modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
- Define and document business capabilities and map them to existing or future technology solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation or system integration.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and functional SMEs to align business needs with technical solutions.
Main Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing domains.
- Proven experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, and capability modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), SCM platforms, MES systems, WCS systems and integration technologies
