A leading contractor in the social housing and regeneration sector is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their South Yorkshire team. You\’ll lead the bid process across services such as responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and retrofit projects, producing high-quality submissions that help win new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate end-to-end bid submissions for housing and construction projects

Write clear, compelling responses for tenders, PQQs, and proposals

Work with commercial, operational, and technical teams to gather input
