As a member of the International Total Rewards team, you play a critical role partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders in the design, implementation, governance, and administration of a wide range of compensation programs across the UK and EMEA which support the company’s overall goals and objectives.

How you will make an impact

  • Act as a trusted compensation advisor to international business and HR leaders, delivering insights that align pay strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead and execute key compensation cycles such as Year-End Reviews, ensuring clarity, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze internal and external market trends to drive compensation decisions, proactively shaping solutions for promotions, new hires, and retention, including role evaluations and market survey submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional pay regulations, including EU Pay Transparency, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage change communications, policy documentation, and Workers Council consultations related to comp design.
  • Prepare and present material for Remuneration Committees and/or the Board relating to compensation practices, governance and year-end reviews.
  • Bring a strategic and analytical lens to all initiatives, driving continuous improvement and clarity in compensation programs across geographies.
  • Support the Global Total Rewards team on projects as required across the business.
  • Lead and manage a small team of Compensation Analysts.

What you need to know

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant studies
  • At least 8 years of regional compensation experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of reward, job architecture, role levelling and pay structure design
  • Good understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits in the UK and EMEA
  • Meticulous and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work flexibly and produce high quality and accurate work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills to work collaboratively across multiple countries and teams in the region.
  • Proactive approach to work with the ability to continually strive for improvements to processes.
  • Knowledge of Workday is highly preferred.
  • European language would be a plus.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
