Job Description

Temporary Coordinator

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour

Assignment Length: 8 weeks (with potential to become permanent)

Hours: Full-time

We're currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our client based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in supporting regional activities, providing essential administrative services to both volunteer members and the Regional Support Team.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. Therefore, we are only able to consider applicants who are available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and support regional events, including venue booking, delegate management, and on-site logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to committees, officers, and branches.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Manage membership data and generate reports using internal systems.
  • Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing and account maintenance.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials and email communications.
