We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy.
Reporting to the Head of Purchasing, as a Junior Buyer you will play a key role in the procurement of raw material, drawing parts, and services, ensuring the agreed delivery dates with suppliers and the quality of the delivered products according to the drawings or to the agreed specs.
Accountabilities:
purchase components based on the car development program agreed with the technical management;
negotiate supply contracts terms, and oversee the fulfilment of orders and supply agreements;
monitor constantly suppliers performances through audit and KPIs;
research and select new suppliers by evaluating their capacity, reliability in deliveries, production characteristics and costs;
create purchase orders ensuring compliance with delivery times, component quality and costs;
monitor purchasing needs considering production planning and stock levels, while ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards.

Experience
- technical diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in Engineering)
- preferred 1-2 years of purchasing experience (Motorsport, Automotive or Automation)
- proficient in English (written and spoken)
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- knowledge of Mechanical Design, components and materials (e.g. titanium, aluminium)
- strong professional communication abilities with internal teams and external stakeholders
- solid decision-making and negotiation skills
- flexibility and teamwork-oriented mindset
- “can-do” attitude with a collaborative approach
