Becoming part of the team
With 10 Global Offices and over 150 employees, System1 is a fast-changing business. With exceptional IP, technological advantage and a world-class team we are very well positioned for rapid growth. What will you be doing?
- Conducting meta-analyses on the System1 databases. These would include analyses to check and demonstrate the real-world validity of our approaches, as well as industry-leading experiments and pilots to understand how advertising works. These analyses will inform future products or features that can be commercialised.
- Assisting with on-going System1 methods R&D, testing and upgrades.
- You will provide a bridge between the Labs, Research & Guidance and Delivery teams, assisting with queries and organisation of the Labs 1Hub SharePoint site.
- You will help enhance our norms databases and databasing processes, in conjunction with Product, Delivery, IT and R&G teams.
You need to be this kind of person:
- You have a keen interest in understanding human decision-making, applying data analysis in creative and predictive ways.
- You are enthusiastic about (good!) advertising, innovation, brands, how they work and how they could be improved.
- You are curious and a lifelong learner. You show integrity with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- You enjoy collaboration and exposure to a wide variety of sectors, client challenges, publications, data types, new technologies and ways of thinking.
- You are interested in AI – its opportunities and its (current) limitations.
You need to have the following experience:
- You are engaged with System1’s methods and philosophy.
- You are analytical and passionate about devising and testing your hypotheses.
- You enjoy working across teams as well as being trusted to work independently.
- You should be familiar with the core Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have good communication skills and can structure presentations – you are keen to share and apply your knowledge.
- Experience with more advanced statistical packages (e.g. R, SPSS), Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), regression or relational databases (e.g. SQL) would be helpful but not critical if you are happy to learn new skills independently, as required.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, including health insurance, and pension. Our people are important to us, and we understand that each person has a life outside of work and we therefore offer flexible working arrangements (Hybrid) aiming to suit your needs. We also offer several wellbeing resources such as “de-clutter” afternoons for your personal and professional needs.
We encourage learning and offer education reimbursement opportunities.
We have recognition schemes, and regular socials, including summer and winter parties!
We welcome applicants from all diverse communities and encourage our candidates to ask us about reasonable adjustments that we may be able to make to support through our recruitment process and while in post.
