German Customer Service Representative β (Hybrid, mostly remote)
Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office)

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German Speaking
Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Purpose
The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
β Answering calls from existing and new customers
β Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business
β Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
β Managing email queries
β A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer
β Demonstrating extensive knowledge on all product ranges
β Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C
Personal Specification
The successful candidate for the position, will have the following competences:
β Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
β Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
β Self-motivated, with a βcan doβ attitude
β Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential
β German Fluent speaker
β Computer literacy
β A passion to deliver the highest quality for our clientβs customers

Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 08:00 β 16:15 and Saturday 09:45-18:00
