The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced payroll professional with a proven track record of leading a large, high‑performing team covering multiple payrolls.
They will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational direction, management, development and delivery of the payroll service and team members. Managing the delivery of payroll services to traded customers, ensuring compliance with and enhancement of Service Level Agreements and identifying and communicating the payroll implications of current and proposed legislation and determine the most appropriate method of implementing changes.
