Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our clients specialist mental health services, supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions.
About the Role
As a Senior OT, you will :
- Deliver a range of occupational therapy assessments and interventions to promote recovery and wellbeing.
- Lead and coordinate therapeutic programmes, including group and individual sessions.
- Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure service users occupational needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based practice using tools such as MOHOST to measure outcomes.
- Support the development of therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs.
- Contribute to service improvement and uphold organisational values of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
