As the People Team Administrator with MSC, you will be an integral part of not only the People Team but also the entire business. What will you be doing?
Our people are our most important entity. Working in the People Team you will, as a priority, provide an administration function that will cover a myriad of tasks and subjects, all aligned to providing an exceptional service to both our internal and external customers. The People Team is a small team, and collaboration and support is imperative to deliver a seamless service, that is why you will also learn how to process, problem solve and deliver our payroll; being highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, will be a distinct advantage.
Having ownership of a few key areas, will also give you the chance to learn, grow and have a direct impact on our business.
The first area will be supporting our Company fleet users, by ensuring that the systems and processes work effectively, and our drivers get all the help and support they need, from choosing their new vehicle, through their services and breakdowns to managing any accidents with our third-party providers.
In addition, our Engagement Portal is the hub of our business providing our Associates with information, educational support, and the wellbeing services they need. You will have the opportunity to grow this communication platform to be market-leading for our teams, so being comfortable with IT is essential; along with your flair and imagination, as well as investigatory skills, ensuring we deliver what our teams need to thrive personally and professionally.
