Your Role
- Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates (Audatex & in-house systems)
- Handle total loss settlements
- Support claims teams with technical expertise

- Ensure excellent customer service & manage expectations
What We Need
- Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
- ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards them)
- Knowledge of repair methods, valuations, & estimating
- Proficiency with Audatex & Glassmatix
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
