Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition – Contract opportunity

  • Must be able to speak/recruiter in Polish

Our talent acquisition professionals, who include sourcers, recruiters, and talent managers, are ready to partner with you to deliver solutions and ROI, without tying your organization down with unnecessary long–term engagements.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

This professional will possess:

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition required.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
