Hays HR are currently supporting with the recruitment of a L&D Partner to manage a team of coaches who are responsible for the management development and leadership coaching.

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Leadership & Behavioural Development Lead to join an established team. In this role, you will:
Create and Deliver: Develop an effective learning framework for leadership and behavioural development, evolving our approach based on internal insights and emerging external practices.
Lead and Inspire: Manage a multi-skilled team of development practitioners and administrators, coaching and encouraging them to excel.
Design and Evaluate: Oversee the scoping, design, planning, delivery, and evaluation of leadership learning interventions for colleagues at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
Collaborate: Partner with colleagues on various people programmes (e.g., Culture Development, Talent Management, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) to ensure a cohesive approach.
Innovate: Lead the development of coaching, mentoring, and diagnostic tools, ensuring they align with our strategic and cultural goals.
Transform: Be a key player in transforming our learning strategy, curriculum, and operating model to meet future business needs.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Organisational Development Experience: Proven experience in a large-scale organisation or consultancy, focusing on leadership learning and development.
Leadership Development Expertise: Significant experience in leadership development and behavioural change, with expertise across the full learning cycle for individuals and teams.
Blended Learning Proficiency: Strong knowledge of blended learning models, including face-to-face and virtual delivery, coaching, mentoring, self-directed learning, and work-based practice.
Digital Integration: Experience in integrating curated and digital learning solutions.
Continuous Professional Development: A highly credible approach based on continuous professional development and being well-networked in your profession.
Budget Management: Experience managing external learning partners and learning budgets.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, and coach a diverse team of professionals.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a responsive delivery style.
Adaptability: Ability to work purposefully, get things done at pace, and adapt to changing circumstances.
