The Role
Reporting to the Global Service Director, you\’ll be the operational heartbeat of the service department, coordinating appointments, managing technician schedules, and ensuring seamless service delivery. From processing quotes to handling emergency requests, you\’ll be involved in every aspect of the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Process service quotes and manage customer requests professionally
- Coordinate field service schedules and technician assignments
- Handle emergency service requests and provide real-time support
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation and reporting
- Forecast upcoming service requirements and support monthly planning
- Manage insurance certificates and compliance requirements
- Support technicians with drawings, service packets, and on-site needs
