Key Responsibilities:
- Confidential Support: Provide seamless, professional, and confidential support to the Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of their office.
- Diary Management: Organise and maintain the Group Director\’s schedule, appointments, and email management.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, book venues, and manage logistics.
- Event Organisation: Assist in planning corporate events and official visits, including drafting communications with stakeholders.
- Visitor Management: Welcome visitors and occasionally conduct tours of Head Office.
- Administrative Tasks: Produce letters, reports, briefing papers, board papers, and presentations.
- Independent Decision-Making: Work independently and make decisions in the Group Director\’s best interest.
- Adaptability: Act positively and effectively when faced with changing priorities.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, and draft minutes for various meetings.
- Office Systems: Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, and support specific projects as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
