The Opportunity
Our client are a newly-launched talent agency specializing in representing both digital creators and broadcast stars. The agency connects high-profile talent with lucrative brand partnerships and career opportunities, helping them thrive in the fast-evolving entertainment landscape.
The Role
- Oversee a roster of broadcast & digital talent, acting as their primary representative
- Responsible for day-to-day diary management
- Securing brand partnerships – both via active outreach and responding to incoming enquiries
- Negotiating contracts
- Devise long-term talent strategies to grow your rosters\’ careers (incorporating podcast, literature, IP, corporate speaking)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, production companies and influencer agencies
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent management is required
