The role requires existing experience ideally in paid Search, Social and Programmatic activity. The candidate will be confident managing client relationships across a range of seniority and a wide variety of internal stakeholders. They will also be process orientated with an aptitude for using tools and tech to manage projects for complex, multi-market topics.
The individual will be part of a global team based in London. This role touches all elements of digital marketing for Diageo, gaining insight into work far beyond our central remit, providing valuable opportunities to be exposed to a variety of channels, marketing campaigns and strategies. This role facilitates and champions globally quantifiable results, supported by the frameworks and guidelines created and managed by this central team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Team & Personal Management
- Share responsibly for the output of the wider, cross-specialised team, being aware of overarching priorities and supporting the Global Director and Specialist Directors to collaboratively manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Contributing to the PHD company culture, whether it’s writing POVs, participating in our charity events, or sharing the latest industry news.
Strategic Workflow Management
- Uncover and understand client objectives and challenges to provide solutions or information for the Global Diageo team. This may include piecing together multiple conversations and actively briefing the client back, to ensure priorities are understood and deliverables are of optimal value for Diageo.
- Identify opportunities to improve governance, ways of working, media delivery or success measurement, ensuring the agency are seen as trusted partners and innovators.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of key digital & tech platforms, including TTD, Meta, Google Ads, Sprinklr & Grasp, to aid in the creation of correct global guidelines and processes. Which are to be assessed regularly and updated with any major changes.
- Optimise the scaling and diversification of digital inventory and tech partners by:
- Creating and managing roadmaps to control spend endeavours and deliver maximum value through the key global partners.
- Collaborating with regional and local leads to identify partners who have the potential for growth in spend, scale or value delivery.
- Organise client, partner & agency (global, regional and local where relevant) comms and meetings to facilitate the delivery of identified strategic goals.
- Lean into Channel specific workstreams to support specialist leads, collaboratively selecting projects and owning them from start to finish. Upskilling where necessary and present back outputs to the agency and client.
- Actively share best practice or case studies from across the world to continuously inspire, innovate and educate different stakeholders (agency and client).
Experience and Skills:
- Experience working in Paid Search, Social or Programmatic planning and/or activation.
- Have very strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Be a proactive self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
- Have a passion to learn new things.
- Have a right to work in the UK.
