We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team on a permanent basis. The core working hours of the evening shift are 5:30pm- 2am, Monday to Friday. The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring efficiencies and throughput in the department as well helping the supervisor and the entire evening team. The Team Leaders will support the Supervisors with the responsibility for the running of the evening shift. Previous experience in staff supervision as well as some knowledge in sausage formulation and packaging of various products. Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and able to undertake the responsibility required to ensure production targets are being met.
