Job Title: Contract Manager Location: Commercial Retail Site – Leicester Package: Up to £55,000 – £60,000 The Role We are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to take responsibility for all facilities management operations at a high-profile commercial retail site in Leicester. This role will be accountable for planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operational management, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop a small team of engineers, ensuring effective service delivery and performance. * Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the site. * Drive compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety obligations. * Manage budgets and reporting in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs. * Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational performance.
