Job purpose:
We have full time and part time positions available in our Chesterfield, Retford and Halifax branches. We are recruiting for a New Business Coordinator to be based in one of these offices with the option of hybrid working. The role is to make outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities by generating quality appointments for our sales executives to attend to discuss commercial insurance. You will be working to specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. The right person will strive to achieve monthly KPI’s and Targets driven by the Team leader.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success cold calling and building relationships, with a focus on new business delivery within a similar environment
The role will include connecting with prospects via LinkedIn, sending email communication as well as calling to build a relationship with prospects and gain the opportunity to open doors and book face to face meetings for the executives.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent customer service and telephone manor, strong communication skills, attention to detail and able to organise your time effectively.
60 calls per day over 3 days is the minimum and to reach targets of 4 meetings booked per week at 10k premium size. Larger prospects will be in your data to contact and form relationships with which will take more time to nurture.
We call to offer quotations for Commercial insurance and full training is provided. We offer commission on reaching your quarterly appointments target and you also earn commission on sales generated from any of your appointments booked. The earning potential is uncapped.
You will work closely with PIB Branches and the executive team will provide you with data and leads to call.
