Care Homes in Chester and the surrounding areas are seeking Relief Chefs.
Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties sometimes at short notice. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level, depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you will be working at.
Our care home contracts require Temp Chefs to have DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is plenty of year round work available with these.
Requirements:
Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast paced kitchens with all fresh produce. All chefs must have or be willing to apply for a DBS, and a current Food Safety Certificate.
It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous.
