Shift: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm (rotating weekly) – Monday-Friday – flexibility will be a requirement to meet department demands.
Salary: £32,963.60 (inclusive of contractual overtime) + potential bonus and other fantastic benefits.
Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to join our Logistics department at our state-of-the-art coffee manufacturing plant in Dalston, Cumbria.
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will support the shift operation led by the shift lead operator. Complying with Safety, Quality and Production standards, helping to deliver customer satisfaction.
You will be a strong team player with a practical approach to your work and a great can-do attitude.
The successful candidates will complete a month-long training programme, enabling you to support the daily operations in the department. You will also be responsible for carrying out daily compliance checks, including safety, cleaning, and area organisation ownership. We are looking for self-motivated people, who can work both individually and part of a team.
