I’m currently recruiting for an exceptional Group Executive Head Chef to join a thriving hospitality group with multiple venues across London and beyond. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced culinary leader to take their career to the next level, overseeing diverse kitchens and crafting unforgettable guest experiences.
The Role:
As Group Executive Head Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary vision across multiple venues. You’ll inspire and lead talented kitchen teams, oversee menu development, and ensure quality and consistency are delivered at the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have creative freedom, strategic input, and the chance to truly make your mark.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Inspire: Manage kitchen operations across 7+ sites, coaching and mentoring teams to deliver excellence.
• Menu Development: Craft seasonal, creative menus that celebrate top-quality ingredients and elevate the guest experience.
• Quality & Consistency: Implement and maintain exceptional standards across all venues.
• Recruit & Train: Build, develop, and retain high-performing kitchen teams.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets, food costs, and waste reduction while maximizing profitability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership team to align culinary vision with operational success.
