A permanent Sales Co-ordinator role with a specialist technical manufacturer supporting global industrial sectors. Based in Aberdeen, this role offers a varied workload including customer engagement, proposal development, and sales support activity. Main duties and responsibilities
- Responding to and logging incoming customer enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing and submitting estimates, quotes, and tenders.
- Working closely with Engineering and Production Teams to complete proposals and ensure fulfilment of orders.
- Supporting account management for designated regions or clients.
- Managing schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and following up with customers.
- Assisting with complex bid and tender submissions.
- Tracking and reporting on sales activity and conversion rates.
- Taking part in exhibitions and hosting customer visits as required.
- Contributing to internal reporting and sales forecasting.
- Supporting ongoing process improvement and internal sales training.
