We are a very busy independent Estate Agency, dealing with lettings and management for over 1500 properties around London. Established for over 30 years, we are looking for new staff due to continued growth.

As a property maintenance co-ordinator, you will be expected to do and have:
Job Responsibilities
- Corresponding confidently with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Entering data on the system and assisting the maintenance team.
- Follow tasks from beginning to end.
- Utilising Microsoft Excel, Outlook and our own systems.
- Overseeing property maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
