If so, we want you to join our team at VictorianPlumbing.co.uk as our new Junior Interior Product Designer.

We\’re looking for someone with a natural eye for design and a passion for homeware, from gorgeous decorative pieces to practical, everyday items. While a technical background is great, we\’re really focused on finding someone with a flair for creativity and a willingness to learn. You\’ll be the creative force behind our new collections, helping us shape the future of our product range.

Here\’s what you\’ll be doing:

  • Become a Trend Detective: Research the latest interior trends, from hotel design to the home decor market, and translate them into stunning new product ideas for our customers.
  • Generate Fresh Ideas: Contribute to the creation of new products and collections, from stylish furniture and brassware to unique accessories and decorative items.
  • Showcase Your Creativity: Develop mood boards, create design concepts, and use your skills with software like Adobe Illustrator to bring your visions to life.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with our wider team to present your ideas, gather feedback, and help us refine our in-house design process.
  • Focus on the Customer: Help us understand what our customers want and need, ensuring your designs are both beautiful and appealing to our target audience.

We\’re looking for someone with:

  • A qualification in a design or creative field.
  • Experience or a strong interest in interior design or homeware products.
  • The ability to use design software like Adobe Illustrator.
  • A fantastic eye for detail and a natural creative flair.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present your ideas to others.
  • An eagerness to learn and collaborate with a team.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our new Leyland office, 5 days per week, Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00.
